Discover Seven Different Ways Your Blood Type Affects Your Life

Each of us has a unique personality and the way we live our lives depends on various factors. No matter the kind of life we lead, we need to thank God for bestowing us with his countless blessings.

Why You Should Know These 7 Things About Your Blood Type
We as human belong to the ABO blood group. This means that human blood has two types of antibodies and two types of antigens in it. Based on the combination of these antigens and antibodies, there are four principal types of blood groups: A, B, AB, and O. These antibody-antigen combinations are specific and depend on the genome of a person.

This also means that there are aspects of our bodies that are controlled by our blood group. Here are seven aspects of your life you would not expect to depend so heavily on your blood group.

1. The food you should eat depends on your blood type:
Peter J. D’Adamo, a naturopathic doctor, confirms that our nutritional needs depend on the type of blood we have.
It was determined that people in the O blood group tend to have problems with digestion. People in this category require a diet that is rich in protein and should consume protein-rich sources like lean meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.

People in the A blood group tend to develop very sensitive immune systems. These people need to eat more of citrus fruits and vegetables like broccoli, spinach and garlic.

People belonging in the B blood group have a tendency to produce higher levels of cortisol. Cortisol is the hormone that causes stress in the body. People in this category should avoid foods that contain trans fats, oils and alcohol.

People with AB type of blood have lower amounts of stomach acid that can cause problems with digestion. Their diet should include apple cider vinegar and manuka honey to increase the levels of stomach acid and aid in digestion.

2. Your personality depends on the blood group you belong to:
This fact may be a surprise to many of us, but it actually is common knowledge in Asian medicine. Still, it is clear how a person’s blood group can determine their personality type.

People in the A blood group tend to be kind, compassionate and altruistic. These people have a habit of considering the needs of the others before theirs.
People belonging to the B blood group are more outgoing, friendly and emotionally flexible. It is easier to bond with such individuals.

People with AB blood type are more rational and emotionally strong. They are more immune to anxiety than most people.
People in the O blood group, on the other hand, are worriers. However, they are very pragmatic and organised in their daily life.

3. Your fertility is determined by your blood group:
There are several studies that have determined that women in the O blood group are the least fertile. The study that was conducted with women in their 30s found that these women have fewer eggs than women in other blood groups. Their eggs also have difficulty maintaining their fertility.

4. Stress, anger and frustration depends on your blood type:
As mentioned above, people belonging to A blood group tend to produce more cortisol than people in other blood groups. Cortisol is the hormone that causes stress in the body.
People in the O blood group tend to be more susceptible to bouts of anger and frustration when stressed.

5. The size of your belly depends on your blood type:
Foods like dairy, meat and shellfish help reduce belly fat in our bodies. However, people in the A blood group react badly to these foods resulting in acid reflux, an increase in diabetes risk, bloating and indigestion.

6. Your soul-mate is probably
predetermined by your blood group:
Blood groups can also be classified by the Rh factor as either positive or negative. Around 85% of the world’s population is Rh positive. When two people of the positive group date, they generally don’t suffer many problems.
However, when a woman with Rh negative blood marries a man with Rh positive blood, their children risk several physical problems that could be fatal.

7. Guarantee a way to save your life by remembering your blood type:

Knowledge of your blood type can help save your life one day.
For example, one day you end up in a car accident and are so injured that you have lost a lot of blood. You require a blood transfusion but you are unconscious for the doctors to ask you about your blood group. Transfusion of blood from a different group will lead to complications due to the interaction of different antibodies and antigens in your body. If your blood group has been documented with your ID, then the doctors can provide you with exactly what you need to make sure you live.
